Who we are

Coach Diff (“Coach Diff”, “we”, “us”) is a League of Legends coaching marketplace and companion coaching application, operated by the partnership A Giannetti & A.E Noon (ABN registered in Australia), based in South Australia. You can reach us at admin@coachdiff.com.au.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to verify coaches, run bookings, and provide coaching analysis:

• Account details — your email address, display name, and whether you signed up as a player or a coach.
• Riot Games data — when you connect your account, we use the Riot Games API to resolve your Riot ID to a PUUID and read your rank. For coaches, we store the verified rank. With your action, we also retrieve your own match history and match timelines to power coaching analysis.
• Payment records — payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We keep records of transactions (amount, date, the session they relate to) needed to run the marketplace.
• Session activity — your bookings, session status, and any reviews or ratings you leave.
• Technical data — basic information needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To verify coach ranks so players can trust who they book.
• To analyse your own match data and give you coaching feedback.
• To process bookings and payments between players and coaches.
• To operate, secure, and improve Coach Diff.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

About Riot Games data

We access Riot data only through the official Riot Games API, in line with Riot’s policies. We only ever access your own account and match data. We do not access hidden or opponent information, and we do not use any real-time data to give a player an in-game advantage.

Coach Diff isn’t endorsed by Riot Games and doesn’t reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers, each handling only the data needed for their part of the service:

• Stripe — payment processing and coach payouts.
• Supabase — secure data storage.
• Daily.co — video coaching sessions.
• Riot Games API — game and rank data.

We may also use AI providers to generate coaching analysis from your own match data. We don’t sell your data to anyone or share it for advertising.

How we store and protect it

Your data is stored with access controls and row-level security. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own security standards, so your card details never touch our systems.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — just email admin@coachdiff.com.au. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and the Riot data derived from it, except for records we’re legally required to keep, such as transaction history.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
